Jenna unpacks why the popular four-quadrant cycle image is misleading at a practitioner level, then maps the ovarian and uterine cycles side by side, their phases, how they overlap, and how they interact. From here, she introduces the clinical use cycle framework developed through years of working with women: a five-phase model that bridges textbook physiology with what patients actually experience and what practitioners actually need in clinic.

The most detailed module, walking through each of the five clinical phases: menstrual, post-period, ovulation window, possible implantation, and premenstrual.
