The Fertility Suite – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel supported and confident when purchasing from The Fertility Suite. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Physical Products

Returns

Our returns policy for physical goods lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds for Physical Products

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within several business days (processing times vary depending on your bank).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please email admin@thefertilitysuite.com.au and send your item to:

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Gifts

If a physical item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your final refund amount.


2. Digital Products (E-Books, Online Courses, Programs & Downloads)

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” they follow a different policy to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our content.

Refunds for Digital Products

We offer refunds on digital products in the following circumstances:

a) Accidental Purchase or Duplicate Order

If you purchased the same digital item twice or placed an order by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours and before accessing more than 20% of the content (e.g., course modules, downloadable chapters). We will process a refund or credit.

b) Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund.

c) Change of Mind

Because digital content is accessible immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we may offer a refund or partial credit at our discretion if less than 20% of the digital content has been accessed.

Non-Refundable Digital Items

The following digital items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:

  • E-books

  • Instant digital downloads

  • Courses or online programs where more than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded

  • Bundles that include digital items

This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fairness for all customers.


3. How to Request a Refund or Assistance

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider—some refunds take additional processing time

  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at admin@thefertilitysuite.com.au
